At National Journal and CQ/Roll Call, I led award-winning teams in producing magazines, newspapers, and branded campaigns across print and digital platforms. One of my proudest achievements was directing the full rebrand of National Journal — from redesigning its magazine, website, and logo to integrating a new CMS that transformed a century-old workflow into a modern, efficient system.
I’m not just focused on the big picture — I’m obsessive about the details. I catch the text that’s off by half a pixel, the color that’s slightly out of spec, and the font that’s not quite right. These refinements may be small, but they’re what elevate good design to great design.
